Pickup Scheduling, Delivery &Payment

Childs Laundry, operated by Childs Enterprises LLC, accepts laundry pickup appointments Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays. Customers can schedule their preferred pickup window using our online booking calendar.

Service Area

Childs Laundry provides pickup and delivery within a 30-mile radius of New Carlisle, Ohio. Appointments booked for address outside of our service area maybe canceled. If you're unsure whether your address in within the service area, please contact us before scheduling

Understanding your pickup Scheduled

The time selected when booking reserves your laundry Pickup for that day and is not an exact arrival time. Pickup times may vary based on the day's scheduled route and order volume

Turnaround & delivery

Standard laundry service has an estimated turnaround time of 24–48 hours after pickup. Express service offers same-day turnaround, with pickups between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and delivery by 9:00 PM. Delivery arrangements will be communicated once your order is completed and payment has been received.

Payment & final pricing

A valid payment method is required when booking and is securely saved through Stripe. No payment is collected when you schedule your appointment.

Once your laundry service is completed, your final total will be calculated based on the completed laundry weight, selected service rate, selected add-ons, and any applicable additional fees.

Your final total will be charged to the payment method on file upon completion of service. An itemized receipt will be emailed to you after payment is processed. Payment is required before laundry is delivered. If the payment method on file is declined or cannot be processed, a secure payment link may be provided. Completed laundry will not be delivered until payment has been received.
