Scheduling & Availability

Pickup and delivery requests are accepted Monday through Saturday. Childs Enterprises is closed on Sundays.

Standard turnaround time is approximately 48 hours after pickup unless otherwise discussed.

After submitting a request, customers will receive a confirmation message with their approved pickup window, estimated delivery timeframe, and a secure Stripe link to place a small $1 authorization hold to save a payment method before service begins. This authorization is applied toward the final order total.

Final charges are based on completed laundry weight, pickup/delivery fees, and any selected add-ons.

Requests submitted later in the day may be scheduled for the following business day.
